Bristol Palin named after ESPN?
If things couldn't get any stranger.... In a recent interview with Esquire Magazine former Vice Presidential candidate Sarah Palin said she named her daughters Bristol in part for Bristol, CT, home of the sports network ESPN.
“When I was in high school, my desire was to be a sportscaster,” she said. “Until I learned that you’d have to move to Bristol, Connecticut. It was far away. So instead, I had a daughter and named her Bristol.”
