the comment about killers, in Scotland a killer got 6 years and after being let out early he killed again. now we have 2 familys affected by this. in the U.K. we have too many so the best way is to bring back hanging. these thugs treat it as a joke as they know they wont spend long inside and they can still get the drugs and mobile phone smuggled in.

Brooklyn- Trinity Church-

The information about the young girl that was found behind the church is totally FALSE!!! "THAT young girl" was my cousin & she was found down the road, NOT behind the church! That church had been haunted wayyyyyy before anything happened to my cousin, Tammy Williams, who was in fact murdered by Serial Killer Michael Ross. I wish people would get their facts straight before posting false information on the web!!!

I wanted to update the info on Undercliff in Meriden. It was a sanitarium for turberculosis not sick children. Also there is a story of a haunting of the cemetary on Broad St going toward Wallingford. If you go into that cemetary there is an embalming table used as a headstone for a Dr that lived in Meriden long ago. Anyway the story goes if you walk around this grave 3 times at midnight the devil will appear on top of the table. Could never try it as the cops always came along!

A Connecticut mom vanished from her home 25 years ago...yet the last person to see her alive-her abusive husband-is still ALLOWED to still have "no comment" ! WHAT IS WRONG WITH THE STATE OF CONNECTICUT ?
I am soo disgusted. For the last 25 years, killers roam free, my mom lies in the hidden grave her killer{s} put her in. 25 years Ive tried everything I could, to help solve our case. Im left to wonder,,,Is there an attorney with an ovary/testicle in the fine state of Connecticut that will fight for what's right and help a Connecticut mother/homicide/missing person have a voice in this broken judicial system?

A horror movie was filmed in your state this summer, and it is premiering for one night only on January 21. “The Clearing”, an “old school” horror by Evil Kitty Media production company, was filmed in Hamden, Southington and Cheshire, Connecticut. The cast and crew are comprised of mostly Connecticut residents, including students from Southington High School, Quinnipiac University, and Southern and Central Connecticut State Universities.

Director Martin Abankwa describes the film as “Drive-in Revival” – a tribute to the stylized horror that enjoyed popularity in the late 1970s and early 80s. It is his answer to the “shock horror” in theaters today.

The film will premiere at Holiday Cinemas, 970 North Colony Road in Wallingford, CT on Thursday, January 21 at 10 p.m. Tickets are $10, and proceeds will go towards local PTA/PTO groups. For more information and to pre-order tickets, visit:

IN your Autumn In Connecticut pix you have wrong title for the dam area. The caption should be:

Richards Corner Dam.

My G+ Grandfather, Captain Aaron Richards, had an inn near the dam which bears his name.
