I watched these birds (or their relatives) at the store for about 3 minutes the other day. Children expressed joy, parents expressed horror. I was amused at the social experiment. They also seemed to be spending a lot of time fluttering in front of the security cameras. Maybe a ruse by a clever thief?
Children LOVE watching them. It's funny to see their excitement when they first sport them. Target are trying to evict them though. If you look outside you'll usually see a nest or two in the "A" and "P" of the Pharmacy Sign on the wall. Must be good birdy real estate.
