Alzheimer's Association Memory Walk

Evercare Family Tent Event at the Alzheimer's Association Memory Walk Evercare by UnitedHealthcare has teamed up with the Alzheimer's Association Connecticut Chapter to provide the Evercare Family Tent at this year's Memory Walk.  The Evercare Tent will be a haven for Alzheimer's patients and their family members participating in the event, complete with nurse practitioners and care managers providing comfort and care to patients, a rest area for participating family members and free personal health screenings.
