America's greatest civil rights leader Rev. Martin Luther King Jr. would have turned 78 this coming Monday. Here is how Connecticut will celebrate his memory.

Annual event honoring Dr. King's work in raising awareness of public health and urban environmental issues that disproportionately affect minorities and persons of low income.
