It's Not Easy Being Green

The town of Willimantic has now given it's four famous frogs official names. Ignoring the obvious Kermit, and Vivian D. Amphibian, the towns most famous residents are now named Willy, Manny, Windy and Swifty. The names Willy and Manny are combined for Willimantic. Windy is for Windham. Swifty is also a reference to Willimantic, which is Algonquin for "the land of the swift running water. The Norwich Bulletin has the full story.
